The design, an ode to vernacular craftsmanship, marries traditional building techniques with a contemporary exploration of bamboo architecture. In the midst of a densely woven urban fabric, a central circular plan establishes a human-centered scale, crafting an internal sanctuary suffused with light and air. This spatial relief becomes a gentle sigh, a pause amidst architectural cacophony.
Rather than converging towards a singular peak, the roof elegantly inclines and breathes towards the center, allowing rainwater to gather at its core while maintaining an inviting openness at eye level. This architectural decision avoids the confines of a towering structure and instead whispers of openness and lightness.
The main structure, fashioned from bamboo, finds harmony with a series of arches and A-frames, which delicately define the enclosure.
